Team Building at the ERL
Creativity doesn’t happen when you’re in a cube staring at an LCD for hours on end. Here at the ERL, our philosophy is: work hard, play hard.
On summer Fridays you can find us barbequing up some tasty steaks (or veggie steaks!). During lunch, the foosball table is often in play. There’s also a large following for after work ping pong. Our office soccer team participates in indoor leagues and recreational play. During the winter, a lot of weekend skiing takes place - not to mention the several official team-building events such as bowling, R/C car racing, and holiday cooking competitions.
You name it; somebody at the ERL probably does it.
